All raw materials are sourced from approved suppliers with batch traceability and certificates of conformity. Quality acceptance tests ensure the finished product meets the highest specification parameters. Internal manufacturing specifications exceed those advised by all the major OEM’s, in this way R-MC are confident that the fluids and engineering equipment supplied will safely clean the Gas Turbine compressor components.

All equipment is carefully designed to exacting standards equivalent to or better than, OEM specifications and any relevant approval bodies. Each fluid production batch is given a unique batch reference code that is displayed on the product label and all associated paperwork. This process along with retained samples affords full traceability of all products. This proven system has ensured the problem-free supply of R-MC cleaning fluids and delivery equipment worldwide for many years.
